St. Vincent de Paul Society

Like the people we serve, we are always in need, and now the need is urgent! We are in great need of volunteer workers to do the work of God in our corner of the world. Please call the parish office at 734-676-5115 for more information. If you see a need for a new ministry, let us know.

MEAP PROGRAM COMES TO RESCUE : MEAP is an exciting program here at St. Tim’s, through the Society of St. Vincent de Paul.  The Michigan Energy Assistance Program helps people in need with their utility bills, especially when a shut-off is looming.  Help is available with gas bills, electric bills, even propane bills if you heat your home with propane gas.  Obviously, there are guidelines to be followed.  We want to help you!  Please call 676-5115 and we will arrange to meet with you to go over your specific situation.
It will only take an hour of your time, and nobody needs to know that we are helping you – anonymity is always in place when you deal with our       organization.  Please do not let your pride get in the way.  If you need the help – ASK FOR IT.  Likewise, if you have a family member or a neighbor in need, give them the above  phone number and we will take it from there.
